Before we start working with you, we like to get to know you and your business. This can be a friendly chat face to face with me over coffee, or by phone or screen – whatever fits into your busy day!
This is your chance to ask questions (it's all free) and as well as telling you what we can offer I'll take you through what's required of you, whether you're self employed, a partner or a director, and whether you're setting up a new business or it’s been up and running a while.
How do we charge?
Once we understand your business and how best we can help you, we will give you a price for services. This is always a fixed fee so you'll only ever pay the amount we quoted.
Once you're on board with Ping, you'll have the option of annual payment, or our monthly scheme if you'd like to spread the cost.
How do we do it?
Ping currently uses Sage, Quickbooks and Xero, all popular spreadsheet based packages. You can prepare your accounts yourself for us to complete, or you can just hand over a carrier bag full of invoices and receipts! We can do as much or as little as you want us to, using hard copies or electronic – Sage One and Xero both give you Cloud based access to your accounts anywhere, anytime.
